    • A: No, it is entirely your choice to give emergency contact information 
    • Q: Who will have access to my emergency contact information?
    • A: Only first responders will have access to your emergency contact information
    • Q: When will I be able to give my emergency contact information to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles?
    • A: The Money-Burge Act was introduced to the House and Senate the week of 11?12/07. We anticipate it being operational in Spring 2008.
    • Q: I would like someone to speak to my group about the pending legislation. Do you provide speakers?
    • A: Yes, either Linda or LuAnn would be happy to speak to your group.
